Soft Tissue Procedures
How are we different?
As specialists with advanced training in minimally invasive soft tissue surgery, Dr. Casna and Dr. Viani utilize small cameras (laparoscope) and intraoperative imaging (fluoroscopy) to reduce dissection, optimize healing and patient comfort and reduce anesthesia time. These capabilities are not routinely used at comparative facilities, but at Granite VETS they are used on every situation where indicated.
Pricing:
Some soft tissue surgeries, such as Laparoscopic Gastropexy, are packaged pricing. The packages include everything routinely expected for the surgery except: surgical consultation and any needed diagnostics or treatments for any complications. Additional services (diagnostics/treatments) deemed necessary or requested outside the expected routine needs of the procedure will be discussed and estimated for at the time of the surgical consultation. Make sure to compare apples-to-apples when price shopping as many quotes don’t include things like pre-operative bloodwork, recheck exams, recheck xrays.
For non-package pricing, we take a similar approach where we include many of the anticipated follow up costs upfront to better help you plan. This may include things such as: recheck exams, recheck xrays, and bandage changes.
The following pricing guide reflects both packaged and non-packaged procedures and serves an estimation only. Patient specific pricing always requires a consultation to establish a customized care plan for your pet. This list is not exhaustive of procedures offered at Granite VETS.
